Sally & Rob

Meet Sally 

Thank you for being here. I’ve dedicated the last 20 years of my life working in the fitness industry and I’m so passionate about what I do.

My goal is to help every client not only achieve their dream physique, but to also help them perform better both inside and outside the gym and most importantly build confidence and feel amazing inside and out.

I can relate to a lot of my clients. I want you to know I understand first-hand what it’s like juggling family life, working long hours building a career whilst trying to keep in shape and look good.

Years ago, back when I was at College, I had a poor diet due to lack of knowledge of what I should be eating.  I had bad skin and problems with bloating and digestive issues. Plus, I felt exhausted all the time.  

I was determined to do something about it. I knew I didn’t want to spend my life feeling so lethargic and unhealthy. Then I found the fitness industry! I will never go back to feeling like that and I can help you do the same.

Now I’m healthy, happy and I’ve struck the perfect balance of work / training and family life.

I eat a healthy balanced diet because it makes me feel amazing, energised and it helps keep me lean which is a bonus!

Meet Rob

I have not always been a Personal Trainer, most of my working life was spent with my head under a car bonnet, working for various companies as a vehicle technician.

However, I have always been interested in health and fitness.  I decided to leave the motor trade and re-qualify as a Personal Trainer, it was the best move I have ever made!

Personally, I have always struggled with my weight and motivation to exercise.  In the past, I have always needed a focus for my training like a holiday or a physical challenge (3 peaks).  I didn’t have anyone to guide me, nor the resources and knowledge to support my goals.

I was going through the motions every day, hoping for the best results.

What drove me into pursuing my career as a Personal Trainer was because I was frustrated with my own lack of progress.  I wanted to understand what it would take to achieve my own goals.

It was only then I realised the value of having the appropriate knowledge and applying it to get the best results.

As a father to 2 boys, I feel I can fully relate to the hurdles many face when it comes to getting in shape with modern day busy lives.  I am passionate about helping my clients reach their goals. 

It is my mission to continually better myself to provide my clients with top notch service and care, so they get to enjoy the best coaching experience with me.
