I’ve been a Personal Trainer for more than 15 years. I live and breathe fitness, it’s what I’ve been passionate about since I was a child.
During this time, I’ve traveled all over the world helping thousands of people achieve their fitness and health goals and objectives whatever they may be.
I love cross country running, mountain biking and weight lifting.

My true passion lies with getting people stronger. I am a Level 4 qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach currently working towards my UKSCA accreditation (UK Strength and Conditioning Association).
I believe there is nothing more empowering than completing your first body weight pull up or PB Back Squat.
I have achieved such fantastic results again and again by purely strength training my clients but there are only so many hours in the day and I want to spread the word and educate as many people as possible!!
Thus, I decided to expand my business and create – The Lean Body Project Online Coaching Programme.
I created my Lean body project because I want to help Men and Women who have slowly become out of shape get back to their best. Online Coaching is like having a Personal Trainer in your back pocket!
I want to change the mindset that doing endless amounts of steady state cardio isn’t always the best for losing weight & lifting weights is a great catalyst for weight loss and increasing bone density. The results my clients get speak for themselves.

I am a qualified Sports and remedial massage therapist which really does go hand in hand with coaching. I also learnt the skill of myofascial cupping and Kinesiology taping.
The training for massage therapy enabled me to have a greater depth of knowledge of how the human body works as a whole, particularly postural and functional movement.
