This challenge does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a 7 Day Challenge, with something new to focus on each day. This challenge is not just about exercising every day, it takes more than just going to the gym to get in great shape!
All the key aspects of health and fitness are covered to make you become the healthiest version you can be! You can start whenever you like, I recommend you start on a Monday and finish on a Sunday. A Monday is a great day to start a new plan and what I consider to be the first day of a new week.
